Woodland for Private Hire
Have you ever dreamt of walking with your dog, off lead through a beautiful woodland? If the answer is yes, then we might be the right place for you. Our woodland is not a bland open field, but a natural woodland that you and your dogs can explore and enjoy together.
Our 'why'
In 2010 we rescued our first German Shepherd. He was a beautiful 2 year old dog, but sadly very reactive to other dogs. Our mornings began at around 05:00, when we would nervously leave the house and head to the woods to try and enjoy a walk. With a constant knot in the bottom of our stomachs that at anytime a dog would appear around the next corner, these walks were rarely what you would call enjoyable.
We desperately looked around for a private area to walk, and were fortunate to find a private hire field locally. This became a safe place for us to walk a few times a week, and our beautiful boy even got to run off lead - something he had never done before.
Years later, and we were offered the opportunity of our woodland, and Woods4Dogs was born.
Our aim is to provide a safe, well managed space for people to enjoy with their dogs. Whether you have a reactive dog, a dog with poor recall or you just enjoy your own space, our woodland is for you. With 5/6ft fencing, and double gate entry system you can be sure your dogs will be safe, whilst enjoying off lead fun in our wonderful woodland.
